Enrollment procedures (16th edition)

Admitted candidates can enroll starting from the day of publication of the ranking and strictly by 21 March 2024.

Article 8
Procedures for enrollment and payment of tuition fees
Admitted candidates, both students and auditors, must enroll starting from the day of publication of the ranking and strictly by the enrollment deadline indicated in the attached forms, as specified below.
a) access the Online Secretariats and submit the electronic enrollment application by selecting
“enrolment in restricted access courses”;
b) pay the first installment of the enrollment fee (or any reimbursement of expenses) the amount of which is indicated in the single form, using the pre-compiled PagoPA slip which must be printed by the Online Secretariats attached to the enrollment receipt. For the methods of payment from Italy (PagoPA slip) or from abroad, and for cases of payment by third parties, see article 4.
c) Only in the case of payment from abroad (by bank transfer or credit card), send a copy or scan of the receipt certifying the payment to the e-mail address carriere.master@unimib.it;
d) Only for non-EU candidates, send a copy or scan of the visa/residence permit valid for enrollment to carriere.master@unimib.it.
N.B.: foreign candidates are invited to read the information available on the dedicated pages of the University website (https://www.unimib.it/internazionalizzazione/informazioni-studenti-stranieri).
N.B.B.: Any certification of disability art.3 c.1 L.104/92/invalidity equal to or greater than 66% must be uploaded when submitting the enrollment application.

Candidates who have not completed their enrollment by the deadline indicated above forfeit their entitlement. In this case, another candidate will take over, according to the order in the ranking, who will be contacted by e-mail, at the e-mail address communicated when submitting the application for admission.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
The enrollment fee includes the expenses for issuing the original master’s diploma and expenses for stamp duties and insurance coverage.
In the event of non-activation, any contributions already paid will be refunded, except for bank charges, in accordance with the regulations in force at the University.
In case of withdrawal of a participant before 25% of the training activity has been completed, the first of the excluded ones can take over. Renunciation does not give the right to a refund of contributions paid.
