Application for admission for Italian and foreign candidates with a qualification obtained in Italy

The application for admission must be presented starting from the day following the date of this Decree and absolutely by the deadline date for admission applications indicated for each master’s degree in the attached forms.
Candidates must submit the electronic application for admission on the website www.unimib.it by selecting “access to… > Segreterie Online”.
Candidates who have not yet registered in the system must first register their personal data and then access the system (login) with their personal credentials.
Already registered candidates will have to access the system directly (login) using the personal credentials in their possession.
After logging in, candidates will have to select the “admission” item and choose the Master of interest.
Where foreseen, the path (Students or Auditors) will have to be chosen.
N.B.
It is compulsory to insert a copy of an identity document and a passport photo in bitmap or jpeg digital format with a resolution of at least 300×400 pixels. The passport photo must portray only the face in the foreground and must be on a light and/or uniform background, the face must be in a frontal view and not covered by hair or clothing such as dark glasses or scarves; it will not be possible to accept panoramic photos taken from a distance, nor group photos or in which other people are present, clippings, drawings, caricatures or passport photos that are too dark.

N.B.B.
In the online procedure, only the access qualification required by the master of interest must be entered, even if in possession of higher level qualifications.
1. CANDIDATES WITH QUALIFICATIONS OBTAINED IN ITALY
To complete the process, candidates with a qualification obtained in Italy must upload:
• signed curriculum vitae et studiorum;
• any other qualifications (see also attached forms). Any certification of disability/invalidity equal to or greater than 66% must be uploaded in this section.
At the conclusion of the procedure, candidates must print the electronic MAV payment slip for the amount of € 100.00, which must be paid by the deadline date for admission applications indicated for each master in the attached forms, under penalty exclusion from the selection.

Following notification of payment to the University, candidates will be able to view and print the application for admission.

If necessary, it will be possible to print the electronic MAV again by reconnecting to the online Secretariats. The receipt of the payment must be kept with care by the interested party. The university administration reserves the right to request proof of payment.
The MAV bulletin is nominal; in the event that third parties other than the serial number holder (e.g. companies, institutions, etc.) make the payment on your behalf, the same must be made by bank transfer (see IBAN above).

Failure to participate in the selection tests does not give the right to a refund of the fee paid.

In case of admission to the Master, the amount paid will constitute an advance of the first installment of the enrollment fee envisaged.
In the event of exclusion (failure to appear for the selection, non-admission or suitability without repechage), or failure to complete the enrolment, the fee paid will not be refunded.
